1/2 cup (50 g) cacao powder
3/4 cup (250 g) coconut sugar
1/2 cup (64 g) coconut milk powder (I used Native Forest)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- In a medium bowl, sift together cacao, sugar, milk powder and cinnamon and whisk to combine.
- Transfer to an airtight container. Mix will keep for 3-4 months stored in a cool, dark place.
- To prepare hot chocolate, whisk 3-4 Tbsp. mix into 12 oz. (350 ml) hot water, or non-dairy milk for a creamier texture
- Top as desired
