Ingredients: Quantity of each is up to you.
- Sprouted watermelon seeds (I use Raw brand)
- Sprouted (or not) sunflower seeds
- Sprouted (or not) pumpkin seeds
- Flaked unsweetened coconut
- Dried white mulberries (I like Navitas)
- OTHER OPTIONS: peanuts, hazelnuts, raisins, gogi berries, cacao nibs, even dark chocolate chips
Directions: Doesn't get any easier than this...
Start with a handful of each, mix and match, add more or less - totally flexible! Store in a air-tight container and enjoy!
